3 Findings
3.1 Profits trend in Hong Kong
It can be seen from Figure 1 that the profits by Mojo in Hong Kong and Singapore from 1994 to 2001 seperately. The profits in Hong Kong grew steadily and reached a peak in 1997 when $60 million of profits was made because there was a pre handover boom in Hong Kong. However, after 1997, the profits fell sharply by half. Owing to post handover depression, the profits hit a trough to $20 million in 1999. Profits then rebounded at the end of the decade due to the growth of China market. It seems there will be stable rise.

3.2 Profits trend in Singapore
According to Figure 1, the profits in Singapore climbed gradually to 1995 before they leved off at $50 million because of Singaporean taxation policy in early 1990s while the profit in Hong Kong was still increasing. Similar to Hong Kong situation, there was also a keen competition from Malaysia since mid 1990s and profits dropped suddenly between 1996 and 1998. Although it became stable after one year, it fell dramatically at the end of 2001 but Hong Kong seems to have been recovered.

3. Findings
3.1 Office Furniture
The findings show that three quarters of senior level staff were satisfied with the office furiniture while only under a half of junior level staff were satisfied with that. This might be because the old-fashioned furniture made the junior staff feel uncomfortable. This can lead to poor gesture of our staff and poor perfomance accordingly.

3.2 Equipment
The findings show over two-thirds of senior were contented with the equipment. However, only slightly over one-fourths of junior staff shows satisfaction on it. I appears that the softwares of computers have not been updated while senior staff have first priority to get the latest software. The effect of this might affect the quality of tasks and effectiveness of junior staff. As a result, the whole operation of our company will be impacted most.

3.3 Pantry
It also indicates slightly over half of both senior and junior level staff accepted the quality of pantry. The implications of this are that there is only one refrigerator provided in the pantry and also only one old microwave oven is offered to the staff to use. Therefore, our staff have to wait during their lunch time. A result of this is that it will reduce the valuable resting time for the staff. It will affect their job perfomance in long term.
